Withdrawal Information
Information about possible withdrawal rights; applicability requires external review.
The current service is free. However, BGB §§312(1a) and 327(3) may cover digital-product contracts where consumers provide personal data. Whether the exception for data used solely to perform the service or meet legal requirements applies is unresolved. Status: LEGAL COUNSEL DECISION REQUIRED.
If a withdrawal right exists, the 14-day period, commencement, effects, early performance and exceptions must be explained before contract formation. For distance contracts concluded through an online interface and carrying a withdrawal right, BGB §356a may require a permanently accessible “Withdraw from contract” / “Confirm withdrawal” function and immediate durable-medium confirmation. It is not implemented.
